Window and door acceptance criteria
How do windows and doors pass the acceptance inspection, and what are the standards?
First of all, aluminum alloy windows and doors are made of aluminum alloy extruded profiles as frames, stiles and fans. Aluminum alloy windows and doors include wood and plastic composite windows and doors that use aluminum alloy as the base material of the force-bearing member (the rod that bears and transfers its own weight and load), referred to as aluminum-wood composite window and door, aluminum-plastic composite window and door, etc. Knowing the concept of aluminum alloy windows and doors, the acceptance standards for aluminum alloy windows and doors need to meet the flexible requirements of aluminum alloy windows and doors. The following eight points are required to achieve acceptance:
1. The specifications, dimensions, brands, colors, and hardware accessories of the installed aluminum alloy windows and doors should be consistent with the design drawings, and they should be consistent with those confirmed by both parties before the construction, and unauthorized changes are strictly prohibited. This is the most basic point in the installation and acceptance of aluminum alloy windows and doors.
2. The surface of aluminum alloy windows and doors is clean and smooth, without scratches, scratches, glue, mud, rust and scratches, can be opened and closed freely, installed firmly, and the opening and closing directions are consistent with the drawings.
3. The number of embedded parts and installation location, and the connection between anchors and frame should be firm and reliable, and meet the decoration requirements.
4. The gap between the window and door frame and the wall should be fully filled, and the material used for filling should be elastic, and cement mortar must not be used for caulking. This detail is often overlooked in many key points for acceptance of aluminum alloy windows and doors. In addition, the filling method should be consistent with the drawings, and perfunctory is strictly prohibited.
5. The surface of the sealant should be smooth and flat, without cracks, and no breaks. The assembly of the rubber strip and the top should be qualified, and it must be within the notch, without curling, and the corners should be smooth, straight, firm and tight. Sealing performance is the focus of the concealed acceptance of aluminum alloy windows and doors.
6. The profile and wall thickness of aluminum alloy windows and doors should meet the requirements, and the selected material should be stainless steel or galvanized.
7. The aluminum alloy window and door leaf should be opened flexibly, closed tightly, and installed firmly. If it is a push-pull design, corresponding measures must be taken to release it. This is a very important point for the acceptance of aluminum alloy windows and doors, which is directly related to personal safety. At the same time, pay attention to whether the window and door leaf is upside down or moving.
8. The aluminum alloy window and door must be horizontal and vertical after installation, and the deviation of parallelism between the door leaf and frame or the vertical edge of the adjacent leaf should be within 2 mm. The installation is qualified only if it meets the concealed acceptance requirements for aluminum alloy windows and doors.
