It may be no problem for the equipment to be used for ten or eight years; some customers do not take the equipment seriously, and the aluminum chips on the equipment are not cleaned. Of course, the equipment is The service life is short. Nowadays, most customers don’t know much about the maintenance and maintenance of door and window equipment. Today, the editor will take the corner assembly machine as an example to talk about equipment maintenance and maintenance.

First, the hydraulic system of the corner machine.

　　 1. The working medium of the oil pump is hydraulic oil, and L-HM32 hydraulic oil is used in winter. L-HM46 hydraulic oil can be used in summer.

　　2. The liquid level of the fuel tank is kept on the center line of the oil standard to prevent the pump from being emptied. When refueling, use a 120-mesh filter to filter out the impurities in the new oil. In regular use, the fuel tank is generally cleaned once every two months, the oil filter is cleaned once every six months, and the new oil is replaced at the same time.

　　3. The normal working oil temperature is 20℃-50℃. When the oil temperature is too high, cooling measures or the pump must be stopped, and it can work normally after the oil is sufficiently cooled. When the oil temperature is too low, direct work is not allowed, and heating measures are required. The oil temperature can be increased by external heating or low-pressure operation.

4. The working pressure of the pump is not allowed to increase arbitrarily

　　 Water separation air filter, drain water every shift, clean once a week, and adjust the pressure gauge to 0.4-0.6MPa. Inject L-MH32 hydraulic oil into the lubricator, and maintain a certain oil level, and adjust the oil volume to about one drop per minute.
