The parts of the saw head that are relatively moving parts should pay attention to frequent lubrication and maintenance to prolong their service life. Lubricate with mechanical oil N32 # in winter and lubricate with mechanical oil N68 # in summer.

Air source processor maintenance: The water distribution filter puts water once per shift, cleans it once a week, the pressure gauge is adjusted to 0.5 ~ 0.8MPa, the oil atomizer guarantees a certain oil level, and the amount of oil dripping from the mechanical oil (N32 #) Adjust to about one drop per minute.

Saw blades should be removed for sharpening after being used for a period of time to keep the blade edge sharp. If there is damage or the blade is badly worn, it should be replaced. When removing the blade, a special wrench and saw blade are provided in the accessory box. When the direction of force applied by the special wrench is the same as that of the saw blade, the nut is loosened, otherwise the lock nut is used.

Common faults and troubleshooting

       If the system pressure does not meet the requirements, check the compressor outlet pressure, whether the pipeline is leaking, and whether the pressure regulator spring is broken, so as to eliminate the fault in time.

       The saw head is retracted and the pressure is not released. Check whether the slide plate touches the travel switch, and then handle it as appropriate.

       If there is no oil dripping in the lubricator, check whether the inlet flow rate is reduced, whether the oil pinhole is blocked by dust, and find the problem and deal with it in time.

       If the electrical system fails, a professional should check and repair it.
