CNC double head precision cutting saw for aluminum doors and Windows

The equipment can be used for cutting aluminum alloy doors and Windows, curtain wall profiles. The machine bed is equipped with two saw heads. The two saw heads can automatically convert the Angle to achieve the Angle cutting of 45° and 90° profiles. Left saw head fixed. Right saw head CNC can be moved. Long and short cuts can be made. A numerical control platform is installed in front of the bed, and the electrical control components are installed on the operating platform. After the profile is placed on the workbench, as long as the operator presses the button to edit the numerical control program according to the operating rules, the machine can automatically complete the profile positioning, pressing, cutting, tool return, loosening and other processes.
