Broken bridge aluminum doors and Windows processing equipment use precautions operation and safety precautions
1 Power-on check: After power-on, first check whether the motor and equipment are in normal operation, and confirm whether the rotation direction is consistent with the mark.
2 Ventilation check: check whether there is leakage in the gas path, ensure that each pneumatic component works normally, and ensure that the saw blade has no interference with the workbench, cylinder and other components.
In order to ensure safety during the operation of the machine, special attention should be paid to the following:
Before starting the device, be sure to let it run several times without load to ensure that all parts work normally.
Keep a safe distance during operation to avoid injuries from chips or other accidents.
3 Safety operation regulations
Safety regulations learning: Before operation, should be familiar with the relevant safety procedures and preventive measures.
4 Limit personnel access: When the machine is running, no personnel other than the operator is allowed to enter the operation area.
5 Emergency handling: In case of emergency, press the emergency stop switch immediately to stop the operation of the equipment.
6 Saw blade operation: When the equipment is working, ensure that the saw blade is in normal operation before cutting, otherwise the saw blade may be damaged.
7 Servo motor interval requirements: Because the servo motor driver in the CNC equipment has requirements for the start and stop time interval, it takes at least one minute, so the power off time of the control system should not be too short, and avoid frequent power off.
8 Ground grounding requirements: To prevent communication interference and ensure device safety, the ground resistance must be less than 4 ohms.
9 Operator Requirements: Only authorized and specially trained qualified personnel can operate the device. Qualified personnel should have the corresponding quality, familiar with safety production knowledge and operating procedures, and be able to effectively control and prevent potential risks.
10 Wiring precautions: When wiring and plug operation, do not plug and insert live, to prevent damage to the CNC system and equipment.
11 Warning signs: Pay attention to the warning signs on the device and know their meanings. Ignoring the warning may cause accidental injury or a serious accident.
12 Protection of instructions and safety marks: Keep the operation instructions and safety marks complete and clear, and ensure that the instructions can be consulted at any time. Copies of instructions should be kept for subsequent reference.
13 Periodically check the device: Periodically check the functions of the device to eliminate potential security risks. For example, check whether the safety switch, limit switch, emergency stop switch, etc. work normally, check whether the machine has obvious damage or defects, and whether the tool needs to be repaired by wear.
14 Do not modify the equipment without authorization: Do not modify, modify or disassemble any parts that may affect the safety.
15 Training requirements: Operators must receive professional training, read the instructions carefully, master the functions of each part of the equipment, and understand the meaning of the warning signs.
16 Spare parts procurement requirements: Spare parts of the machine should be purchased and manufactured in strict accordance with the specifications and technical requirements of the original machine.
17 Safety Check: When starting or moving devices, ensure that no one is around to ensure safe operation.
