Adjustment guide for double saw of aluminum-plastic door and window equipment
Adjustment guide for double saw of aluminum-plastic door and window equipment:
First, pressure cylinder positioning adjustment
The aluminum alloy profile to be processed is placed on the working platform of the aluminum door and window equipment.
Carefully adjust the compression cylinders on the two heads of the double-ended saw to ensure that they compress the workpiece tightly and evenly, and then firmly secure the cylinder position.
Second, saw blade feed rate adjustment
In the initial stage, the saw blade feed rate preset at the factory is used for trial operation.
In the process of trial operation, if the saw blade feed rate is not suitable, the feed speed can be changed by adjusting the speed control joint of the working cylinder until the ideal speed is reached.
Third, sawing Angle calibration
After completing the above adjustments, ensure that all Settings are in accordance with the regulations, and then start the equipment for a 30-minute test run.
Pay special attention to the accuracy of the sawing Angle, which is the key to ensure the cutting quality.
4. 90° cutting Angle adjustment
The aluminum profile precision cutting saw has been debugged and checked before leaving the factory. However, in order to verify the accuracy of its 90° cutting, the sawing test of aluminum alloy profiles can be carried out directly.
Check whether the cutting surface meets the accuracy requirements of 90°±10 '. If not, adjust the bolts on the limit stop for correction.
After the correction is complete, be sure to lock the nut on the cutting saw to ensure that the adjustment result is stable and reliable.
5. 45° cutting Angle adjustment
Release the locking handle on the table surface to aerate the swing Angle cylinder and swing it to the 45° position.
After reaching the 45° position, lock the handle to ensure a stable Angle.
The sawing test of aluminum alloy profiles is carried out to check whether the sawing surface meets the accuracy requirements of 45°±10 '.
If it does not meet the requirements, it can be corrected by adjusting the limit screw on the limit stop, and repeated sawing and measurement until it meets the requirements.
After the correction is complete, lock the nut on the screw and tighten the lock handle to ensure the stability of the Angle adjustment.
Six, profile cutting length adjustment
After the Angle adjustment is completed, the cutting length of the aluminum alloy profile is adjusted according to actual needs.
Pull the handle to move the right saw head along the circular guide to the desired position, and observe the ruler pointer to determine the cutting length.
After cutting, if the length of the profile deviates from the requirements, it can be precisely adjusted to the required size by fine-tuning the brake adjustable hand and the trimmer hand.
