The tool can be adjusted up and down, front and back through CNC control. The milling accuracy is high and the adjustment is quick and convenient to adapt to the processing of aluminum profiles of different shapes and sizes.

Using servo motors, gear rack structure drives the tool feed, the feed speed is adjustable, slow cutting, high-speed retraction, and the processing is more stable and efficient.

The special spindle motor is equipped with two fixed horizontal milling cutters on the upper and lower sides, which can be turned 90° through the cylinder, and can be used to strengthen the milling of the middle profile.

The tool travel distance can be controlled by the system, which greatly improves the processing efficiency. Thickened profile pressing plate prevents profile deformation.

Fully enclosed mechanical cover structure is adopted, making processing safer, more environmentally friendly and hygienic.
